Returns & Exchange Policy – Clauch
At Clauch, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
Return Period
- Customers can request an exchange within 4 days after delivery only if the product is defective or damaged.
- Requests made after 4 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
- No money refunds — only product exchange will be provided.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Shipping Costs
- If the product is confirmed to be defective/damaged, Clauch will bear the shipping cost for the exchange.
- In all other cases, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within the 4-day window, providing your order details and clear photos/videos of the defective item.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will dispatch your replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or printed orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Delivery Time
- Within Maharashtra: Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Outside Maharashtra (Other States): Orders are typically delivered within 6–13 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas, during peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
- The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Partner
We use Shiport as our trusted logistics partner for safe and reliable deliveries.
Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Important Notes
- For bulk or custom orders, shipping timelines may differ — our team will inform you in advance.
- Please check your parcel upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately.
